DARE to Dream Summer Day Program begins at Sweatt Recreational Complex in Wrentham (Randall Road). **Activities are subject to change.** We are so pleased to give the 3rd and 4th graders a week long program together!!

 JULY 13, 2026 MONDAY

We will be starting out the week with a very popular "PUBLIC SAFETY DAY!" In the morning we will have the MASSACHUSETTS STATE POLICE COMMUNITY ACTION TEAM with us to open the day. In the past we have had K-9 and bomb accelerant dogs, Drone Unit, Horse mounted unit, and also the MSP Air Wing Unit (helicopter) make a fly in. We will break for lunch after the morning rotation and the afternoon our local officers and firefighters will be on hand for a group rotation featuring a "felony stop" a K9 presentation, and the Norfolk and Plainville firefighters will be bringing down their ambulance and fire truck. A great way to start off the week!! It is a 2 pm pick up!! Be on time!

JULY 14, 2026 TUESDAY 9 am - 2 pm

Attendance and morning Icebreaker. We will break into our rotations featuring a list of some of our most popular camp games! Also, on hand for the morninig is Villari's Karate Studio featuring Steve Hannah. Steve has been with us in the past and has been a hit with the kids! The Lego challenge will take place during this time, possibly Minute to Win It, SPOKES and drip, drip drop! A game of Chief's Ball will be followed by lunch. In the afternoon we will either have our martial arts/karate demonstration or the Flying Dogs! 2:00 p.m. SHARP on the pickup.

JULY 15, 2026 WEDNESDAY 9 am - 2 pm

SOUTHWICK ZOO IN MENDON!! Participants have the option of bringing their lunch or buying at the zoo. Participants will be broken into small groups and spend a day with their counselors. Always a fun day when we head to the zoo! Pickup is at 2:00 p.m. SHARP

JULY 16, 2026  THURSDAY

MORNING attendance and icebreaker. Officer Plympton and Chief Anderson will conduct a safety presentation. Topics that will be covered 911 on when to use and how the system works, stranger danger (do's and don'ts) Being aware of your surroundings, situations that may arise and how to deal with them, being observant, many other topics and overall how to stay safe! We will break for snack and then Mrs Moon will have a special presentation that includes all particpants! Lunch, followed by an afternoon field day featuring water games, shipwrecked, Ladder ball, Parachute, kickball and Knockout. A solid way to bring up into Friday to wrap up the week! Pick up is at 2:00 sharp.

On Friday your child should be dropped off at 9:00 am at Sweatt Beach on Woolford Road in Wrentham! This is a great way to cap off a fun and exciting week of camp! We will have swimming, karaoke, ever so famous sandcastle competition, volleyball, wiffleball etc... PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BRING THEIR LUNCH ON THIS DAY!! PARTICIPANTS MUST BE SIGNED OUT BY THE PARENT THAT IS PICKING THEM UP. PARENT MUST GO OVER TO THE PARTICIPANTS COUNSELOR AND SIGN THEM OUT OF THEIR COLOR GROUP IN ORDER TO RECEIVE T-SHIRT! THANK YOU! PICK UP IS AT 2 PM SHARP AT SWEATT BEACH!
